The oldest part of the Writer's House
Lutterzand was built in 1945. By then really meant to be a house in the forest and very simple in construction and design. Over time, the house slowly expanded, even with reuse of materials and has created a comfortable contemporary home. The construction of additional rooms the house has lots of windows, gives you at any place in the house a view of nature and a lot of light inside.
